政府成立量子科技國家隊，共有跨產、官、學界的17個團體，中研院院長也誇讚這次的規模是前所未見，但聽到補助金額僅有5年80億元，覺得應該是「雷聲大、雨點小」，重點經費感覺還是要靠企業本身自己來運作。
但值得思考的是，既然量子科技真的是科技界的全新趨勢，為何不挹注多一點經費（甚至不到邁向頂尖大學濟學中5年500億的五分之一）？我在想，應該是該計劃也不太缺錢，合作企業都是鴻海、光電廠、晶圓廠等台灣領頭企業，所以此計劃的核心應該在於建立「科學」到「應用科技」的橋樑。
